Utah County is poised for extraordinary growth due to its strong economic prosperity, affordable cost of living, and excellent quality of life. Utah County is expected to double its population in the next 20 years. This rapid growth is creating significant housing challenges, particularly for low-income renters. 

Many of these individuals and families struggle to find housing that is both affordable and meets their needs. The Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce supports a diversified housing mix that fosters vibrant, affordable communities and ensures there is a balanced housing supply to meet the needs of both renters and homeowners.
